Do a screen shot of your current Authorization Screen and open a support ticket at
http://www.connectrf.com/sopt.htm under "General Access" with this screen shot and your
PoweNet key. We will generate a new Auth Code and return this to you by email.

STEP 1) Have you downloaded the software, and installed it on
a PC that will be managing the RF terminals on an ongoing basis?

STEP 2) Have you downloaded the manuals for the product?
If not, go to: http://www.connectrf.com/Resources/service/software.htm.

STEP 3) Have you loaded the RF terminals with the software, following
the instructions in the manuals, OR have you used our online training at
http://www.connectrf.com/class/onlinecert.htm to guide you through the setup?
