Click To find the system ID for an individual terminal, press Shift+C on the terminal. Select "Edit License Key" from the menu. The system ID will appear. to see how you find the System ID on the terminal.

(IMPORTANT: You can ONLY use this form if you licensed your devices using the "Individual" method. If you used the "Site License" method. Please open a support ticket and provide us the Site license auth code, the old terminal system ID, auth code and the NEW system ID. We will generate a replacement code and send this back to you by email.)
