NOTE: System IDs are CASE SENSITIVE! Please key in EXACTLY as keyed in originally (if UPPER CASE doesn't work, try lower case, and visa versa).

Find the System ID of Twin Client Manager: The System ID, sometimes known as the machine ID, can be found on on the Authorization option in the Tools menu of the Twin Client Manager

Find the System ID of the terminal: To find the system ID for an individual terminal, press Shift+C on the terminal. Select "Edit License Key" from the menu. The system ID will appear.
