The
CWA (Connect Wireless Administrator)
certification is a free, online program where resellers and end-users
can learn about PowerNet products and demonstrate their knowledge.
The three courses are:
PowerNet
Twin Client. It is an introductory tutorial guiding you through
the basic operation of Twin Client with your RF terminal. Now you
don't have to wait for a training class to learn how to use Twin
Client. It is a laboratory-based tutorial in which you will install
Twin Client, load your terminal, and practice with your terminal
by connecting to our AS/400 server. It's a great way to get started
with PowerNet Twin Client.

In addition
to taking the three courses and passing the three quizzes, an individual
is required to complete two real-world implementations of PowerNet
products to earn the CWA. To submit your implementations, open up
a support ticket on our Support page and
describe your project to us.
Individuals
who earn the CWA will receive an authorized user account to enter
support tickets and to access all the technical notes in the premium
section of on-line support.
